I am considering a job in the philadelphia area in the N.E. section....
Would like to get the info on the following commute/traffic/issues....

If I leave NJ via betsy ross bridge non-normal commuting hours...
so basically I would be on 95 for only 8 miles until woodhaven exit....
IF I am using just that short stretch of 95 any pointers or anyone have any experience using that bridge to access 95 and since I would be heading north and then just commmuting back south to the BR bridge....
How does traffic fare that short stretch?
I don't have alot of time to spare with 3 little children that I need to get off to school first....
commute would be a little off peak leaving at 4 pm and commuting home at 9 pm.....
for the most part.....any ideas pointers would be great - is this the best bridge to take? I live in pennsauken....

Lotta traffic heading north on 95 @that time. And with the current construction, it's even worse. The Betsy Ross Bridge would be your best bet, though.
