Does anybody know what the pirate flag that's being coupled with the Puerto Rican flag symbolizes?

Perhaps the Puerto Rican community is honoring Roberto Clemente, Pittsburgh's greatest Pirate, now that that team has surpassed the Phillies as the best baseball team in PA.

It has to do with the English pirates attacking and taking over the city San Juan and we all know whenever man takes over another man`s land. Rape, exploitation and sometimes slavery would soon follow. So yes, they do come from pirates.

does that mean they were wearing parade attire or that the argument was about one of the floats? or does it mean two hispanic guys were involved in a shooting?

Two Puerto Ricans who attended the parade. This parade somehow encourages poor behavior every year. Every. Single. Year. It's embarrassing.
