Default Looking for a townhome/condo/land in and around King of Prussia

Hey everyone. Great site you have here. I'm a 24 year old male who is recently engaged. I'm starting a new position in the surrounding area of King of Prussia. So long as all goes well with this new job my fiance and I would like to purchase our first home/townhome/condo relatively close to that area. Does anyone know of some good spots with either new or rather new places in the price range of 225-325k? Here is the thing..My family is from the New Hope area in Bucks County PA, and her family is in NJ in and around the Hamilton area...I'm looking for a place that is somewhat close to work but closer to the families. Meaning I dont want to go as high as downingtown as that would require a 1.5 hour drive to her parents...So, long story short...Anything within 25 minute drive to work and 45 or less minutes to the Newtown, PA area...Also is there any small lots of land available for around 100k? Any help would be greatly appreciated it...

Central Montgomery County - Look around areas like Blue Bell, Skippack, Ambler, Maple Glen, Lansdale, Hatfield...

Some of those places are pricier than others, but that puts you within a reasonable commuting distance from King of Prussia (even if the PA Turnpike is your best commuting option).
