Default Does anyone have any good/bad information about Parkside, PA in Delaware County
I am currently in the market to purchase my first home. I saw something in Parkside, PA which is in DE County, Pa. Can anyone provide feedback with regard to schools, community, etc.,

Parkside has seen alot of diversification over the past 10-20 years. It borders Chester which has crime issues but Parkside has been able to remain relatively crime free as of today. 5-10 years down the road?? Who knows.

Its a step down from Collegeville.
