Do you see Philly being at risk to flood because of rising sea levels? I read a few articles saying that the Delaware river will eventually flood parts of philly, unless levees and walls are built. I want to move to Philly for the long term, but I am taking this into consideration. Is Philly at risk of flooding in the future??

If you live on the 10th floor or higher in one of the center city high rises you should be fine, at least for the next 15-20 years.

Only some parts of it will flood. Most of Center City would be fine. Some of South Philly would flood. The Airport would be almost entirely under water.

When Al Gore came to my school he showed us a graphic of what Philadelphia will look like if ocean levels keep rising and basically all of South Philly/Center City/University City was under water along with a little of Port Richmond.

EDIT: I did a little searching and found it.
