We are relocating to the Philadelphia area early 2015. We are looking for a small town feel just South or West of Philly. Our largest concern in a location is an AWESOME public school. We have four kids from 9-2.

School criteria: We are looking for a school that would meet the needs of our special education 3rd grader, gifted placed 2nd grader, and typical kindergarten student. Our Special ED student needs resource or pull out/small group instruction for core and mainstream for all other classes.

Location criteria: As for home location, the internet searching seems to lead us to Wallingford. We are looking for small town feel with a lot of family friendly activities. We also want to have a train station in close proximity. Please feel free to make suggestions. We are planning several visits between now and then to make sure the location is perfect and willing to look at everything.

House Criteria: We want single family in the $300K to $425K range with larger yards and 4+ bedrooms. We like a neighborhood feel with lots of little ones to play with on the weekends.

We are very excited about the potential of seasons, as we are relocating from south Florida!

Thank you in advance for any input.

Thank you! I will spend some time looking through the sites. I am also interested in getting personal parent feedback relating to special needs kiddos on the spectrum.
Thanks!
