JGAKATS is on a distinguished road
Default Exton-Chester Springs-Wayne??

Can anyone tell me anything about the following Condo/Townhome communities?

In Exton - Village Walk
Aspenwood (off of Worthington Dr)

In Chester Springs - Liongate and Pickering Pointe (off of Rt113)
Byers Station (off of Rt100)

In Wayne - Glenhardie (off of E Swedesford Rd)
The Chesterbrook Area

Information regarding safety, schools, congestion, and amenities would be great as well as the overall quality of life.

Thx

Crime not an issue in any of those communities. All have very good schools.Congestion not a problem except for maybe Exton which has become a retail magnet.Quality of life is very good in all 3 of those areas. Lionsgate + Pickering Pointe are likely the newest of those communities. I dont think you can go wrong with any of those communities, its simply a matter of personal choice and your taste in housing style. All 3 of these areas are very auto centric.

Good luck.

I think Windsor Ridge is far the nicest community in Chester Springs. The other ones are old and do not compare.

Glenhardie and Chesterbrook are very nice, although Glenhardie condos are older converted 1 and 2 BR apartments. T/E schools are very, very good.
