There already are plenty of Targets nearby that are in much better locations. I do think the Pathmark on Cottman will close soon, due to the combination of both the Target and the new Giant in NE Philly.
Apparently there's a lot of money being spent up there ... it's a bustling area.

Sure it was a chain, but I liked it! Took some friends there. I think there's one in Ardmore or someplace on Lancaster Pike.
That one was in Wynnewood.

No it wasn't, but it was in Norristown right near Blue Bell. You're thinking of Vinny T's of Boston that was in Wynnewood. Both have closed.

Nope. That spot was Buca de Beppo before it morphed into Vinny Testa's. And, way, before all the eateries it was a movie theater.

Sorry. Anyway, speaking of Chili's, I hate them, but I love Romano's Macaroni Grill (owned by Chili's) and am stunned that the one in Plymouth Meeting closed. They kick the arse of Olive Garden, Bertucci's, Carrabba's, etc.

BTW TVandSportsGuy, you do realize there are many good independent small chain Mexican restaurants you can go to, and that if you want good chicken tenders you should go to a place that specializes in chicken, right?

Why is that surprising?

Also, the Target on Bustleton basically serves all of Central/Lower Northeast Philly. I'd say it's a good location like a minute away from Cottman and the Blvd. It's also fairly evenly spaced between that Target, and the one further up the Blvd, the one in Abington, and the one in Port Richmond.
