Call me a sucker for tall building, but I did not know that SLS will be that tall! It is awesome.

Someone will buy it. The developer is doing what he did for his Rittenhouse tower: advertise in the New Yorker and Sunday New York Times real estate section. No other local developer is doing what this guy does to attract buyers.

True. But it beats the surface parking lot that had been there for decades.

We're finally past the proposal and approval stages for a lot of these projects, and now it's time for them to rise. Can't wait for them to be fully built so the city can really feel their true economic and social impact. Should be fun to watch over the next few years!
Just an oversight, I'm sure, but there's also Evo right next to FMC.

Probably the fire at Phila. International Records was worse than was reported and the building was just a shell.

It's a short walk. Well... I don't know where you are, of course.

Just walk north on 19th St to Arch St. Turn left(or go west). The sidewalk is blocked so you will have to be on the north side of Arch.

There are rumors that Comcast wants to buy the land where the Russell Byers School is, in the same block, for
a third tower.
