Hi,

We are looking to move to the central bucks county (Doylestown, Furlong, Warrington, Buckingham, Perkasie) or the newtown council rock county in pa. We are young professionals and wanted to know how diverse these areas are? How is the desi/ indian population there?

The only reason we want to go to an area with some amount of desi population is so that we can meet like minded people with similar backgrounds and cultures and also have proximity to indian groceries restaurants etc.

Any suggestions on the more diverse areas and communities in that region that we should look at?

Newtown Township has the largest Indian population that feeds into a quality school district (~5%). If that's not high enough, you should consider greater Trenton (especially West Windsor and Plainsboro), though that may be incompatible with your commute and/or property tax tolerance.

Thanks.

We don't need it be very large or something, just that we are not the only ones in the community and have people with similar culture to hang out with.

These are the criteria that we are looking at:

1. Carriage Home/Townhome
2. 2 car garage
3. good school district
4. Diverse population
5. Proximity to central jersey incase we get a job there in the future.

Any suggestions for places based on this?
