Does anyone have any information about an area near peddlers village ( Street Rd ) .. I guess its considered Doylestown .. but it looks like Lahaska on a map. Property assigns CB East / Holicong Middle. What is this area like ....? The property we looking at is a large property ... on several acres... but I concerned that its a bit too isolated .. I have two middle schoolers ....I want the to have some room but a little worried about it feeling isolated out there. I liked that is between New Hope and Doylestown ..my husband will be working partly in Flemington

Thanks

It isn't isolated. It is right off of 202 which is a pretty major road in the area. It is the countryside, but CB East HS is still in the "4A" category in sports, which is the biggest classification in PA. It is the exburbs. I enjoyed growing up right around there.

I certainly wouldn't consider that area "isolated" at all. Nice area, pricey.

We're talking Bucks county here, not Philadelphia or NYC.
