walk around old city (around market & 2,3,4 streets) check out some of the restaurants & bars (continental or red sky are outdoor favs)
walk down south street from 10th street to the pier. stop in at jims steaks on 4th.
see whats going on at penns landing on the delaware river (by june, i'm sure some free concerts/events will be announced)
...i'm covering the old city/society hill/headhouse square region. you should just stroll the entire area. its very picturesque in the summer. i'm sure others will fill you in on other sights and sounds around the city.

Check out the Reading Terminal Market on 11th Street between Arch Street and Filbert Street (just north of Market Street).
The historical sites are a given; the Liberty Bell is easy to see, while Independence Hall you'll need to get there early in the morning to get a ticket for the free tour. Betsy Ross' house and Franklin Court are worth seeing too, and are only a couple blocks from Independence Mall (between 5th and 6th Streets on both sides of Market Street).
Make sure you at least check out the Ben Franklin Parkway; this is a SE-NW running street between City Hall (at Market and Broad Streets) and the Art Museum (to the northwest).
If you don't check out the Old City/Society Hall area, make sure you walk around the Rittenhouse Square area, a very nice area.
If you have any interest in transportation and/or architecture, 30th Street Station (at 30th and Market Streets, just west of the Schuylkill River) may be worth a look. As a building the station gets overshadowed a bit by the Art Museum, but it is a fine, attractive building in its own right.
Penn's Landing (on the Delaware River) is a good bet too.

You might also want to check out the Barnes Foundation in Merion. Also, the Art Museum and the other museums along the Ben Franklin Parkway.

In the interest of not confusing the OP's favorite search engine:
that's Rodin Museum.
