Good Bagel shop in Center City ? (home, county, places)

Hey all
My nephew is going to be in Phila next weekend and I have convinced him to bring me some poppy seed bagels.

LOL In order to prevent the "I didn't know where to get them, I didn't have much time" excuse and since it has been years since I have been in CC I am coming to the experts here

lol I brought 6 dozen home when I was up for my last visit to Bucks County.

My first choice would be:

South Street Philly Bagels
613 South 3rd Street

There is also:

Manhattan Bagel CO
125 South 18th Street

Unfortunately, that's about it.

I think he is going to be around spruce or Rittenhouse sq

I think he may need to visit south street lol I will tell him he needs to go see all the places his favorite aunt use to hang out and since he just happens to be there pick up the bagels

I was looking at a similar site the other day
very tempted except $70 for 2 dozen bagels
I figure I can find one of the $49 each fights they have on SW every once in awhile and fly up for the day with a couple empty suitcases

eat at a diner have some pizza and a cheese steak load up my bagels and fly home
