Phoenixville -- need opinions
I came across Phoenixville, find it interesting, but I'm not sure I would want to live there. I have looked at a couple of rentals there and feel iffy. I'm not sure how this town will take off despite the renovations.

I like Phoenixville. I've only driven through a couple times but it looks like it has alot of potential. The outlying areas are incredible Yellow Springs, Valley Forge, Coventry. I wouldn't mind living in that area at all.
