I am considering job in 3550 Market Street, Philadelphia. Currently live in North West NJ and want to move PA either Bucks, Montgomery or Chester County.
I have two kids 11 year and 6 year old so looking for good schools (especially schools with Gifted and Talented programs, Geography bee competitions programs) and new community homes in range of (250K to 350K ranges). Also looking for like 30 minutes commute to 3550 Market Street, Philadelphia via Train.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

south Jersey
Have you considered south Jersey? You can take the train from Cherry Hill (site of old race track) into 30th St station in Phila. The schools are excellent and very college prep - check the school reports. Shopping is easy, community activities are plentiful, and it is simple to get to Phila for diner, theater, etc. I can get you housing info if you are interested.

Only PA area that I can think of to suggest for your price range would be Blue Bell or Lansdale. Train commute might be a bit longer than 30min. but you could find some townhome options there.
Otherwise, check South Jersey.

The 30-minute commute is your speedbump in PA. Housing developments within that distance have been around a long time. This is an old, old developed area.
Very rarely can you find a new development in Bucks or Montco within a 30 minute commute at any price that is close to your range. Chester County should be out for you as it is more than a 30-min commute.
If your heart's set on PA, and you're willing to live in an older house, then try lower Bucks. Langhorne may be an option.

You can search for them through Google by typing freight shipping or furniture shippers in the search bar. Very convenient and hassle free on your end.
