they could start by getting rid of the methadone clinics and concentration of social services. not that I agree with you that "the riff raff" at the gallery is the problem. to the extent that it ever is, it's kids who should be in school ...those kids would not be allowed in a casino.

I agree. Methodone clinics so close to the convention center are definitely something that should have been addressed a long time ago, what with all the public $$$$$ that's been poured into that thing in the name of tourism, not to mention all the stuff that was demolished to make room for it.

worst part is they were being moved there until very recently. the methadone clinic at 10th moved there within the last five years as well as the giant homeless facility in the PPA garage.
