Yes, I've been down here for four years and was THRILLED to find an Eagles bar on Anna Maria Island, only a few miles from me. Owned by a guy from Philly and covered in Eagles (and other Philly sports team's) memorabilia. It has a bar with pub seating on one side and a restaurant area on the other....multiple TVs all around with all the games but the Eagles fans get the prime real estate, the bar area. It's so great not to have to go to a generic sports bar with mainly Packers and Steelers fans.

The other option is the Tampadelphia group. Too far of a drive for me on a regular basis, but their group is HUGE and they have the whole ballroom and bar areas of a hotel, I forget which one. And there are NO other fans of other teams.

The thing I'll miss WHEN we win is driving around honking my horn. I doubt they'd appreciate it here!

I love reading Craig LaBan's restaurant picks, but this one misses the mark for me. My eyes just about rolled all the way back into my head when I read the words, "vegan riblets." As much of a foodie wannabe I am, I can't see mixing Philly restaurant foodie-ism with a Super Bowl party.

IMHO, of course.

LaBan has been here for about 25 years. He knows this place. It's about dumbest thing he could say.

You couldn't pay me to go to Wing Bowl. A bunch of rowdy drunks at 5:00 AM? No thanks.
