Negative. That’s one of the worst areas of the entire region. You should fill out the form in the sticky post at the top of the forum so we can get a better idea of what you are looking for.

Thanks everyone. The reason I ask is because a friend of mine is thinking of purchasing a building he found in this area to put in a sport club. And Google Street View shows it to be not too bad.

But I guess that perception is dead wrong.
