Lightbulb Possible Move

I have been offered an opportunity to transfer to the Philadelphia area with the company I currently work for. I will be working downtown at the Convention Center. I am looking to spend no more than $830.00, would love a townhome, good school system, and don't mind living outside of Philly.

I recommend looking in South Jersey. It is much easier to commute into Center City from the NJ burbs than it is from the PA burbs. $830/month isn't going to get you a townhome tho. Some apartments in your price range I recommend looking at are "Village at Haddonfield" in Haddonfield, NJ and "Haddon Hills Apts" in Westmont, NJ. Both have very easy access to the train line into Philly and are located in good school systems.
