I live and work in Kentucky, but I have a house in Philadelphia.
I received the Philadelphia Payroll Form, but my accountant told me that I need to close my tax account in Philadelphia because I don't need to pay.
Can you tell me what to do? thank you

Just ignore it. Since you don't live in Philly and don't work there you owe no wage tax. Ditto for PA income tax.

Well, maybe not ignore it, lest City Hall follow up.

But you should have your accountant find out what needs to be done, if anything, to let the city know that since you do not live in, work in or own a business based in Philadelphia, you have no payroll subject to city taxes, nor are you.

You owe Philadelphia property tax and not a dime more.
