Default Halfpenny Management in Ardmore

Anybody have any experiences (good or bad) with Ardmore properties managed by Halfpenny?

None are listed on apartmentratings.com. The only other reviews I could find were on yahoo and they were a mixed bag.

Thanks,
FuzzyD

I do not know how much help I can be but I do live in a Halfpenny community in Aston. The company seems to care for their properties well. They also seem to be very reasonable as far as rent goes. This can change on a case by case basis. They can be a little "funny" as far as paperwork so look over everything you sign. This seems to be a sore point at my community as the manager is related to the owners in some way. She thinks she can do no wrong. But like I said the company as a whole is a good landlord.
