I am doing a project for my school and was wondering which private schools in the Philadelphia area own the shuttles/buses that they use for their shuttle/bus service.

In PA, public schools that provide busing to their own schools are legally required to provide busing to private schools that are within 10 miles of the district borders. So, I would imagine that very few private schools in PA have a need to own their own buses.

I'm afraid I don't quite understand this law as stated here. Could you clarify?

The public school district is required to provide bus transportation to any private or charter school within 10 miles from the district boundaries (if it provides busing to public schools). So, you get free bus transportation to school in PA, whether you go to public or private school, paid for by the taxpayers.
