North Philly
West Philly
All a long broad.
Fishtown
Kensington
When will people start to truly care about philly stop throwing trash everywhere?
Why won't fines and laws get more strict and why wont the city make this a main priority?
This is decades in the making

They go to such things if they see a non-complementary post, or some other unrelated insult.

If only much of Philly even knew what grammar meant. It becomes a diversion. When nothing really to add.

More street-sweeper services restored. Buying a new fleet. Philly is the only major city without regular street-cleaning sweeping. Some cities just don't do all streets. Some do. But outsiders do notice everything. Some persistent things maintain a reputation. That most here abhor still has not been kicked.

The thread basically is about this one and why it is ..... Baltimore even has a fleet and Detroit restarted one. The Mayor ran on this possible return. But tight streets with no extra-parking becomes a fight that moving cars even just on one side of main streets is a problem.

But NYC manages even if it doesn't always show. Chicago does and I think it does show. Even the hoods bet bi-month sweeper service.

Every larger city has trash, debris and worse problems, especially in poorer areas. Philly is probably better than many if not most.

Education and good jobs in the community for those destitute is about the only thing that will change people in such a setting.

You mean NYC because London and other major European cities don't come close to the level of littering in Philly.

How often does the likes Broad street get cleaned?
