What is up with Nathan Hale Dr. in West Chester?

I'm looking at houses in the Chadds Ford SD and now there's 3 on Nathan Hale Drive for sale, another one just settled in January. Anybody know if there's a reason so many houses in such close proximity are all on the market at the same time? It makes me quite leery to even consider them but any insight is greatly appreciated.
