Default Townhouse Rental in Newtown or Yardley

My husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs will need temporary housing while in the process of building a new home commencing around July 1st. Does anyone know of any townhouses that might be for rent in the Newtown or Yardley area on a monthly basis?

These aren't townhomes, but you might want to check out Polo Run Apartments or Stonefield of Yardley. They might have short term leasing options and I think they allow pets. I have not seen any short term leasing available on town homes around this area, sorry!

Good luck!

Newtown in particular has thousand's of townhouses and with the slow real estate market there should be plenty of rentals. Google realtors in zip 18940

Did you decide on building? Where did you decide on? (Just curious as we have talked about it on other threads)

Especially to Twinmma. Thank you so much for all your help with information on the Bucks County area. We have suspended our plans to move, because the housing market in our area is so poor - there is simply no market for our house at this time. Take care.
