Cool Trade houses, Central Florida for Yardley

I'm interviewing for a job in Trenton and I understand that the commuter community of choice is Yardley/ Morrisville. We live in the VIllages, FL, the fastest growing 55+ community in the country. It covers 3 counties, and will shortly have about 60,000 residents spread out over a hge territory.
We have about 1875 sq. ft on a corner lot, detached home, great landscaping, hard floors (laminate and stone) throughout, all one floor, laundry room, generous closets. THis is a fabulous home!

I was curious if there is someone out there that might be looking for a trade in the Yardley Morrisville area. I would suggest that you be retired because the job situation here is really difficult (the reason for our move). There's endless activities in you are motivated, and the community is golf cart accessible, so you can save on gas.

The weather is fabulous, just like the ads say. Very little hurricane action this far inland. About an hour.5 from beaches, but lots of local lakes for fishing. People are very nice and friendly in the Villages.

We would be looking for a (newer) townhome with limited outdoor upkeep. Must allow pets, since we have a dog. I'm not sure of the particulars of a trade, but I know it can be done and I'm sure we could work it out with a motivated trader and save ourselves and another couple a bunch of real estate fees.

Please respond if you have heard of this being done, or if you know of someone with a home in Trenton-commutable Bucks County who might be interested.
