Sharon Hill, PA or Parkside PA!!! YESSSSSS
I personally love all Philly Cheesesteak Joints!
My favorite 2 places in the Area (air re ahhh) Leo's in Sharon Hill!
They (Leo's) chop the steak up really small. I like when the add the American Cheese or Provolone on the steak.
My all time favorite is Phil and Jims. Parkside, PA.
Trust me!
They chop up the steak real small, then they add the Cheese. Whateva you decide. Whether Cheese Wiz, American or Provolone!!!!
I love Philly (Fill Leee).

I've made cheesesteaks for my family quite often and I have to confess to using Steak-um's. Can you buy cheesesteak steaks in the meat section? I thought an amoroso roll, steak um's, provolone and some spicy red sauce was all that was needed.

It's a tourist trap. The owner is a media ***** and the food sucks. If you are in South Philly, go to Tony Luke's. He beat Bobby Flay's butt on an episode of "Throwdown".

Yeah, but when you move out of the area and come back to visit, they are still 100 times better than you can get elsewhere.
I prefer Jim's on the whole.

In the meat section look for "chipped steak." It's very thinly sliced steak, not chipped beef. That's what I use, saute it up with fried onions and garlic in butter, and worcestershire sauce. Delicious!

I would agree with the *****'s recommendation. I also frequent Pagano's on Ogontz Ave, I guess that's W.Oak Lane. The steaks are huge, never dry, and there's a little bar to add hot peppers, etc. They're fast and cheap as well!

I'm sorry, it edited my statement but it was just the name of a steak shop! I also recommend Steve's in the Northeast. It's a little different, but I used to go all the time in highschool when we would go out for lunch.
