Default Yardley Station

We are in Yardley Station, which is literally adjacent to the train station in Yardley Borough. It's an amazing place to live for so many reasons. There are only 31 townhomes...friendly neighbors who give each other space. We are bordered in the back by woods and a lake, so it sometimes feels like living deep in the country...yet you can walk into town in ten minutes. You can also walk to the canal or river in minutes. If you have any reason to take the train, the station is a two minute walk on a slow day.
There are currently two townhomes for sale here ranging from $369,000 - $399,000. These are 2000 sq ft homes with great upgrades (hardwood floors, cherry cabinets, granite countertops) and dramatic architecture (ten foot ceilings, lofts) inside. Exteriors are pretty basic...some stucco, some quality stone. You get a one car garage and a good size basement with high ceilings. Nice deck in back.
The street names are Iron Horse Drive and Lantern Court.
It's a condominium association, so you will never cut grass or shovel snow again!
Let me know if there is any other information we can provide.

30 minutes right down I-95 in light traffic, but the AM commute can really slow down if you leave home after 7 AM.
The train leaves right from the station along Main St, but takes a circuitous route to center city which takes 55 minutes.

I would say more like 45 mins to an hour, especially during traffic which they will inevitably hit if they are commuting for work (unless they work odd hours). Google maps says 40 mins but again, that's assuming no traffic.

That's correct...I think I could make it from my home in Yardley in 30 minutes, but it would require zero traffic and 80 MPH.

Yardley is a good area but watch for airplane noise in various communities. I think it is in the flight path of the Philly airport, Trenton/Mercer County airport and Newark/NYC airports.

Only homes on the far north end of town near I-95 are right along the flight path for the W Trenton airport...and it is a definite noise factor there. We live more on the south end and rarely hear planes.

Sorry, I have been away from this forum.
Our development is Yardley Station. There are two townhomes for sale right now.
The train to center city takes just under an hour.
