I will be in Phialdelphia in October.
Is there a good Outlet Mall in or in the near of Phialdelphia? Can I take a bus to the Outlet?
Thanks for your answers!

Philadlephia Premium Outlet Center.Limerick Pennsylvania
Yes they do have public transportation. 3 buses a day from Greyhound Station in Center City Philly 12th+ Filbert to this outlet mall.

This isnt an outlet shopping center but if you shop you need to check out the King of Prussia Mall. One of the largest shopping centers in the USA and only 15 minutes from philadlephia.

Good luck.

I'd say definitely check out KOP mall over Philadelphia Premium Outlets. I was there and wasn't impressed. At least not when KOP is only 20 minutes further away and maybe 4 times the size( at least). If you want bargains, Vanity fair in Wyomissing/West Reading is the place to go but that's over an hour drive from Philly, more in rush hour. Lancaster has the Rockvale outlets on Route 30, also a big outlet complex.

Franklin Mills, and then there are outlets in Lahaska (Bucks County, go straight up rt. 263/York Road) as well as Lancaster. There's also a few outlets up 309 in North Wales. I think I remember some in NJ somewhere..... Flemington, maybe?

To Bettina W:
As far as buses go, I will assume that you will be staying in Center City (downtown).
To get to the Franklin Mills outlet mall or the more upscale King of Prussia Court and Plaza, you can take local transit.
For Franklin Mills, take any eastbound Market Street Blue Line train to the last stop at Frankford. From there, take either the #20 or #84 bus to Franklin Mills. It will probably take about 75-90 minutes each way.
For King of Prussia, you can take either the #124 or #125 bus. I would recommend getting on at their starting point on 10th Street above market as seats can fill up fast. It's about a 75-minute ride there.
For detailed schedules, go to septa.org.
All of that said, I would not recommend going to Franklin Mills. It's become more run down and isn't as special as it once was. The Rockvale Square and Tanger outlets in Lancaster were still good when I last shopped there. There is no direct public bus service out to there, however. Taking the Amtrak (national) train then their local Red Rose transit might be a bit complicated. There may be a private bus service like the ones that go out to Limerick but I am not aware of what that would be.

Thank you for your tip's!
In Philly I will stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Is the Greyhound Station far from there?

The Crowne Plaza hotel is located on the corner 18th and Market Streets. The Greyhound station is one block above Market on Filbert Street and 9th. You could probably walk there on a good day but you may want to catch a bus on Chestnut Street (one block south) to 9th then walk two blocks north to Filbert. Turn left on Filbert where you will see taxis waiting to take bus passengers to their destinations. You will probably want to use one of these taxis when you return with all of your shopping bags.
And you're welcome for the bus info.
