I second Newtown/Richboro/Holland for Council Rock schools. They are also very highly ranked as far as schools go, you can easily find a very nice house in your price range with a good amount of property as well.

Default Think about Havertown

Havertown is a beautiful, safe community with a significant Asian population. The school district in excellent-homes range in price from the 300k to well over 1 million. Transportation is excellent-within driving distance to Philadelphia, but also excellent public transportation.

The largest Asian minority group in Blue Bell is definitely Korean, and that is the group most of the churches cater to. There is also a much smaller Chinese population, but still enough that I don't think the OP would feel out of place.
