Not much else on 322 I would recommend, you could always head out to Parkesburg but then you are in Lancaster county and your commute will be even longer.

I read it twice looking for it and still missed it! Doh.
I second twinmamma's recommendation for Ryan homes in East Coventry.

Tell us all about it if you would - I just assumed it was Lancaster County being so far west of me here in Caln/Coatesville....

With just a little detective work, I see that the OP, Maestro, has moved to Phoenixville.

I rent in P'ville, but I'm still looking for a good area to purchase.

I think you can find what you are looking for in Downingtown for 250k. I am active in that area as a real estate investor. I just sold a completely remodled single home in West Bradford for 300k. It was 4 bedroom 3 bath and 2100 square feet. Try looking at Victoria Crossing, (that is in West Bradford; a very nice township in Downingtown) Trust me, you can get a 3-4 Bedroom Single with 2 baths around 1500 square feet for around 240k. Oh and dont buy in Thorndale its school district is not good (its the coatesville school district)
