Default Commercial Kitchens for rent. How to find them?

I am looking for a commercial kitchen to rent for a few hours or days each week. I've come across commercial kitchen facilities like that in other cities, but can't find anything for the Philadelphia area.

Any ideas?

I'd inquire at some closed restaurants.

A good starting place for you might also be to get in touch with a commercial real estate agent and just ask them if they can give you some ideas that you don't necessarily need all of their help. You will find that some agents can be really helpful that way as they have access that a non agent wouldn't have.
