Question Utilities in West Chester PA

My husband and I are currently living in an appartment in Malvern but because of our growing family we need a bigger place. We are hoping to buy a townhouse in West Chester and are wondering how much the average utilities are for a 2,000 sq. ft. townhouse/condo/single family home might be. Does anyone know anything about this?

thats a tough one!! heat can be generated by elec, gas or oil, all of which vary in price. also depends upon how warm you keep your place and is anyone home during the day.. I own a couple rental properties and can tell you that you can expect oil to cost around 1500 per year, gas about the same but elec can be higher if used for heat also. water should be around 100 or less per month.
