ajb842 is on a distinguished road
presidential city at city and presidential is good and safe. The area is pretty safe anyway. I think anywhere you are on city ave you should be fine. The closer you are to Lancaster/30 you can maybe even rent in Wynnewood/Ardmore which is nice.
