Default My family and I are moving to philadelphia, Pensylvania soon...

hello to all, my family and i are moving soon to Philly PA, I need some information on the area of Maple or Newtown Square, we are Puertorriquens, It's my husband, my three youngsters, 12, 13 and 14and I, I give this info so we can have the least problem, it's our first time moving to the states and we are trying to make it as smooth as possible. we are looking for an area to our budget appox. 1500.monthly rent or buying, an area were ours kids would be safe, and make friends, how are the schools: Marple New town Senior High School and Paxon Hollow Middle School, I will be working at the NewTown Square area, any answer will be appreciated,

i've lived in newtown square just down the road from the high school for about 10 years. you will love it here!! the property taxes are the lowest in the county. excellent schools! though it's not a cheap place to live, you can probably find a place to rent for 1500, but most of the homes in the area go for 250,000 or more. so definately do some looking around first.
