Why on earth would you want to do that?

If anyone does a "super-commute" in the Philly area, it's usually by train up to NYC.
Unless you only need to do that commute once or twice a week, I'd strongly recommend moving to Bucks County.
As it is, there's no train station in Parsippany proper. It would be a nightmarish commute to come down from Exton to Philly then out to Newark and over to, say, Boonton or Morris Plains.

I can't imagine how anyone could stand a commute like Exton to Parsippany for more than a day or two. The only way I'd do that commute is if it was via helicopter and paid for by my employer. And if your employer is willing to do that for you, you're probably getting paid enough to afford to live close to Parsippany.

If I currently worked at Wyeth and had an offer from Novartis (or Glaxo or one of the other pharma companies in Parsippany), I would absolutely consider taking on this commute to ensure that I had a job in place before Pfizer comes in and cleans house. However, I would spend every lunch hour looking at houses and schools in New Jersey for my family because the commute from Chester County to Parsippany will kill you quickly.
