Hi. We will be moving to the Horsham, pa area. We are looking to move into a middle-class neighborhood with nice size houses and large property. Neighborhood with acceptance of dogs a must. Safe neightborhood a must. Price range up tp $550. Any suggestions as to the best places to look? Thanks

Warrington and Chalfont are nearby. Doylestown and Buckingham Township are several miles north, but the houses there are pricey . Good luck with the hunt!

Gwynedd Valley, Blue Bell, Worcester Township are all very nice upscale communities.

Thank you. I am looking into all of those areas. Doylestown seems to have larger properies, but I hear the traffic is terrible there. My son would be going to Gwynedd Mercy and my husband works in Horsham. Would the traffic to those two areas be that bad? I love Gwynedd valley, but cant seem to find large properties. Looking for around an acre.

try horsham itself (horsham or ambler address) - a lot of nice communities within the township. adjacent to horsham is montgomery twp (north wales or lansdale address) which also has a lot of larger homes. also try upper dublin twp - much of that area was built out longer ago so they may have larger lots. Doylestown is very nice but would be pretty far from Gwynedd Mercy and the commute to horsham down 611 may be bad.
