The foundation center website usually has good job leads. Also, check Philadelphia health Management Corp., Philadelphia Youth Network, GPUAC, and the Department of Human Services. They are all going through growth and or transition periods that allow for opportunities.

You may want to look into the job site, USA Jobs. You can register, build your profile / resume, etc but it's all federal jobs including in your area and yes, there are jobs that you mentioned on there. These days and with our economy, you may want to look into a federal job. Depending on the job, you get great pay, great benefits, etc....it's worth a look.
