LLSDRD is on a distinguished road
Default Relocating to Lansdale area from FL

Good morning all. Can anyone give me information on how to see any of those Sheriff Sales properties? I know how the auctions work, but, of course want to see the houses and find out about any liens. It's very different than how some other areas conduct the sales. Me and my husband are in our 50s (reverse retirement from FL to PA, right?!) and don't want any more mortgages, so, this seems to be a good option. We need to be there for our aging parents. Thanks in advance.

I am not sure how the sales in Lansdale operate but Delaware County PA uses the Township building in Media PA.....You may want to conmtact the Tax office and their number is 215-361-8321

I now live in the SouthEast portion of Florida and use to live in Chester County PA.. We had several properties in Phila, Delaware and Chester Counties. I sold all 9 of them 2 years ago...

If you are considering a sheriff sale for cheaper prices then you must also look how the property is showing. Normally sheriff sales properties do not permit the buy to pre inspect so be aware that you can loose a lot or possibly gain..
