Default Greenways/bike lanes in Philadelphia?

Where are the greenways in or planned for Philadelphia? Any streets off limit to cars. Any streets with pedestrian only/light rail? Any bicycle lanes?

Looking at Philadelphia on google street view it seems to have a lot of potential for Amsterdam like greenway/bike/one car lane set up in some areas. Could be great for north Philly and bring some desirability back to those neighborhoods, not to mentioned greening up the city overall.

There is a good number of bicycle lanes throughout the city but most of the drivers just ignore them so I wouldn't feel too safe on them. It would be nice to have something more like in your picture however.

I didn't create the picture but that is the best way to make a bike lane. The parked cars create a barrier and on wide streets you can even use greenspace like a strip of flowers and trees mixed with seating areas. All bike lanes should switch the usual sidewalk/parked cars/bike lane/car lane to sidewalk/bikelane/parked carss/car lane.

yeah, the bike lanes exist but as jerzboy said, they are mostly ignored. there's no seperation from the car lane aside from the painted lines.
