Default Northern Liberties
I am moving to Philly in a month and I have heard a lot about the Northern Lib. area. I am 25 and need the following:

* A one bedroom with lots of space - working from home.
* Affordable rent.
* I have a dog....need yard or dog park.
* A hip and fashionable place to live with other people my age.
* Safety.
* Parking.

I loved rittenhouse, however, I could not get all of the above things there. If anyone has any info on Northern Liberties....I AM ALL EARS!!!
