Hey guys! Thank you so much for all the info. We have actually found a great condo in Jenkintown, Pa and wow that area is beautiful!!! I didn't even think twice before signing the lease. We drove around the Mayfair area one more time and decided that it's not for us. I would definitely not feel safe walking down to the train station or waiting at the bus stop. I looked at a house in South Philly as well, and didn't like the area at all.

Glad you enjoy! Jenkintown is a great place. South Philadelphia is an extremely urban area, and of course that isn't for everyone.

Hi, I am going a young woman who is going to rent a flat in Mayfair, Maddox Street to live in on my own.

How do you judge the area in terms of safety and security at night.

Thanks in advance

I hear Mayfair has werewolves. Be careful.
