OK, now this is just semantics, but in terms of leaseable retail space, or actual retail square footage, KOP is larger than the MoA. The MoA just has a huge theme park in the middle of it, an aquarium beneath it, and much, much larger thoroughfares and hallways. Sadly the top floor is mostly empty except for a Hooter's and a cantina.

King of Prussia is convenient to just about every major thoroughfare in the region, but the double-edged sword is that means congestion. Lots of it. KOP could be a great place to live if you aren't looking for a family-friendly, small-town but a suburban town more geared towards young professionals/families, amenities, shopping and transportation. Public transit is a bit of a *****, but there are always buses, the 100 stop in Gulph Mills, and the R5 stops (Wayne, Strafford) which are only maybe 10 minutes away.

Oh yeah, even though the school district is good, some people can be particularly snobby and lack of care. Sure that can happen anywhere, but it is a small disadvantage compared to all the other good things they have to offer.

Working for them as a non-permanent teacher is not worth it imo either if you're not per diem and can get something else.
