Question HELP! public transportation

I am hoping to find a way to get from Philadelphia- anywhere in the city, I know my way, so any surrounding suburb (Warminster, Glenside, Bensalem) or Manayunk and even downtown- to Reading Hospital.
It is 120 miles back and forth and I would just rather not do that to my car!

I have already looked at Bartabus.com and Septa.org and I cannot figure a ways of going from one to the other.

The amount of time of travel is not an issue, preferably less than 3 hours would be best.

PLEASE HELP!

You can try googling Bieber Bus. They go from Philly - Reading.

that really isnt a far, unheard of drive. public trans would be really inconvenient for that route. the beiber bus would do it, but it would be crappy long ride.

Your best bet would be Capitol Trailways. Unlike Bieber Tourways, you wouldn't need to transfer buses for a Philadelphia-Reading trip.
