hi

being a new one in USA i want to learn some skills which can help me out in my job or in searching a good job.
can anybody tell me about such institutions those are providing free vocational classes or some other skills training program around Philadelphia area

I've never heard of free vocational training unless one has a learning disability or is still in High School. Anyone else?
