Looking for nice mobile home park-Have unit
I am looking for a nice mobile park (means- located in country, kept up well, affordable, low cost) within driving distance from Philadelphia that will allow me to bring my small unit in for year round living. Does anyone know? I am also open to South Jersey as well. I just don't want a dirty old trailer park. There must be some around... Thanks for any input... ^Dude, drive around a bit. I've seen trailer parks in Bensalem and Trevose. I know there's got to be more too.

There are a quite a few out here in Chester County but that puts you far from the city. Downingtown and Glenmoore areas. Exton has a dumpy one too...

There is one right by Neshaminy Mall. Not sure of the quality though, I've never been there.

The nicer ones I've seen are in the Honey Brook and West Brandywine areas of Chester county. Fairly clean with rural or wooded settings. I don't know about lot rent prices. There are several on Rt. 322 and roads leading off of it.
I know some parks won't let you bring in a home older than 1978 or so (the manufacturing standards went up around then) so take that into consideration depending on the age of yours.
