Although I don't find it to be a terrible idea to have inclusionary housing that is affordable to all income classes, I think there is something (negative) to say about development that is mostly post-WWII suburbia without much regard for adequate public transportation, pedestrian-friendliness, or independent businesses. This makes for an extremely vibrant and organic community.
Simply put, Media has all of that -- Cherry Hill doesn't.
