I'm thinking like nice roads to run on and safe roads.. maybe bike paths that could be used as running... and a place where a single person wouldn't feel isolated. I am wavering between some place out there, closer to where my office is going to be or some place actually closer to the city.

Ridley Creek State Park is 10 minutes away. 2600 acres of safe open running space.Valley Forge National Park has numerous miles of running/ biking trails is 20-25 minutes from WC.

West Chester also is one of the better suburban towns in PA surrounded by upscale suburbia. You shouldnt feel isolated especially if you will have a car, Malvern,Media,King of Prussia,Chadds Ford,Glen Mills/Concordville,Exton,Downingtown,Valley Forge area all abut 20 minutes away. Chester County is one of the fastest growing counties in PA.Its worth a look if Malvern will be your commute.
