Hello!
I am considering moving to Philly (I will be working in the PENN area). Any thoughts on where to stay that will still be kinda fun for a girl in her late 20s? (oh, and safe for her car
...
I would consider the city, suburbs, etc. Any specific places would be great as well.

chestnut hill is great, but it is for families with kids not a big singles and young professional scene.
