Default Taxis in West Chester?
I live a little north of West Chester and would like to find a cab company in case I want to go to downtown and have a few drinks. However, the only one I found only has service until 7:00 PM. I also heard from someone that the city will not let taxis operate later in the night. Is that true? If not, does anyone know where I can find a cab?
